How to use this handbook

• Read once end-to-end for context, then revisit chapters relevant to the credential you're pursuing.
• Work through the sample questions at the end of each chapter — they mirror the format and difficulty of the real exam.
• Make a personal glossary of any frameworks or terms that are new to you.
• Plan ~6-10 hours of focused study for L1 Practitioner exams, ~12-18 hours for L2 Authority exams.
• Take the exam in one sitting when you feel ready. Tokens don't expire, so there's no rush — but momentum helps retention.
